Slovenia confirmed 28 new coronavirus cases on Saturday morning and now the total in the country stands at 1,188 while five more people have died due to COVID-19, official sources said.

A total of 50 people have died due to COVID-19 in Croatia.

The country’s public health institute said that 94 coronavirus patients were hospitalised, with the number of those requiring hospitalisation declining while the number of recoveries rising.

So far, 148 people have recovered from COVID-19 in Slovenia.

According to government data, 34,279 tests for the coronavirus have been performed to date.
