In the past 24 hours there have been 387 new cases of COVID detected in Croatia and 17 people have died, the national coronavirus response team said on Tuesday.
In that period 6,343 tests were conducted while at total of 1,199,349 persons have been tested since the outbreak of the virus.
There are currently 2,536 active cases in the country and 1,258 patients are in hospital treatment, 91 of whom are on ventilators.
Currently there are 13,871 people in self-isolation.
Since 25 February 2020, when the first case was registered in Croatia, there have been 232,907 people infected with COVID-19, and 5,071 people have died. A total of 225,300 people have recovered from the disease.
