Croatia's average net salary in December 2021 totaled 7,280 kuna (€970), up by 4 percent in nominal terms but down by 1.4 percent year-on-year, state agency Hina said, citing data released by the state statistics bureau.
Compared to wages in November 2021, the average net wage in December fell 0.7 percent in both nominal and in real terms. The median net salary in December 2021 was 6,131 kuna (€815).
Over the 12 months from January to December 2021, the average net salary amounted to 7,129 kuna (€948) a year-on-year nominal increase of 5.4 percent and a real term increase of 2.7 percent.
