The men's slalom race of the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup at Mount Sljeme's Red Slope has been cancelled, and the main reason for that decision made by representatives of the International Ski Federation (FIS) is the condition of the snow surface in the lower part of the course.

Regardless of the effort made by the organisers to keep the surface firm, the extremely high temperatures over the past few days have led to the slalom race being cancelled.

This was supposed to be the 13th edition of the men’s slalom race for the Snow Queen Trophy.
