The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Saturday that 20 people died due to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 6,539.

It said that 11,920 people were tested over the previous 24 hours, including 1,056 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 3,919,856 with 699,574 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 3,869 hospitalized cases, including 135 patients on ventilators.
