A total of 37 COVID-19 patients have passed away and 2,069 tested positive for the coronavirus in Serbia among the 10,262 tested in the past 24 hours, Serbia’s Health Ministry said on Saturday.

Serbia’s COVID-19 death toll is now 5,991, with a mortality rate of 0.9 percent.

A total of 6,879 people are hospitalised, 218 of them on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 3,683,511 people have been tested for the virus in Serbia and 662,368 of the results came back positive.
