According to the Sunday report by Serbia’s Health Ministry, 39 more people passed away due to COVID-19 in the country in the past 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 5,190.

Of the 11,442 people tested in Serbia since Friday, 3,889 were positive for the virus.

There are currently 6,967 people hospitalised due to COVID-19 in Serbia, 269 of them on ventilators.

A total of 585,506 infections were confirmed in Serbia since the beginning of the pandemic. The COVID-19 death rate is 0.89 percent.

The country tested 3,374,035 people so far.
