Of 2,848 tests performed for coronavirus in Slovenia in the last 24 hours, 122 have returned positive, and there have been two more Covid-related fatalities, the country's health authorities stated on Thursday.

Currently, more than 1,400 Covid cases are active, 63 patients are being treated in hospital, and of them 13 are in intensive care wards.

Since the start of the outbreak in the country in early March, 4,816 people have been diagnosed with this infectious disease and 145 of them have died.
