The HANFA financial regulator on Thursday authorised Intercapital Asset Management to establish and manage an umbrella open-ended investment fund with a public offering, InterCapital Krovni UCITS ETF.

InterCapital Krovni UCITS ETF consists of two sub-funds, InterCapital CROBEX10tr and InterCapital SBI TOP, and it is the first ETF (Exchange-traded Fund) in Croatia, HANFA said in a press release.
