A total of 2,574 out of 5,556 people tested were confirmed positive for the coronavirus and 30 COVID-19 patients passed away in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past 24 hours, healthcare authorities said on Friday.

Of the 4,004 people tested in Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity, 1,762 were positive for the virus and 18 died due to the disease.

In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 653 among 1,207 tested were positive and 12 patients died.

Bosnia’s Brcko District also registered 159 new infections.
