According to official data published on Thursday, 1,582 people tested positive for the coronavirus and 84 Covid-19 patients passed away in the country throughout the past 24 hours.
Of the 4,396 people tested for the virus in Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity since Wednesday, 1,001 were positive and 63 Covid-19 patients died.
In the other semi-autonomous entity, Republika Srpska (RS), 1,154 tests were performed and 457 new infections confirmed, while 16 people died due to the disease.
Bosnia’s Brcko District reported 124 new infections and five Covid-19 fatalities.
