Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded 884 new coronavirus cases and 29 COVID deaths, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Tuesday.

The new results come from 3,971 lab tests performed on those who reported infection symptoms.

The Federation entity logged 451 new cases out of 2,846 tests, bringing the coronavirus total to 150,852. With seven new fatalities confirmed over the past 24 hours, the death toll in this part of the country is 5,965.

As for Republika Srpska entity, its healthcare authorities confirmed 384 new cases out of 947 tests performed over the past 24 hours. The coronavirus total in this part of the country is now 74,653 and with 21 new deaths, the death toll has reached 4,189.

Brcko District reported 49 new cases and one fatality. The coronavirus total in Brcko District now stands at 7,616 and the death toll at 367.
