Over the last 24 hours, 63 patients died from Covid-19-related complications and out of 26,498 tested, 7,840 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Tuesday.

To date, Covid-19 has officially claimed 9,634 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.87 percent.

Currently, 6,789 people are in hospitals, of whom 267 are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 6,205,905 people have been tested, and 1,111,957 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
