Over the last 24 hours, one patient died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 10,521 tested, 564 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Friday.

To date, COVID-19 has claimed 7,133 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.98 percent.

Currently, 609 people are in hospitals, of whom 12 are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,729,413 people have officially been tested, and 724,661 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
