Over the last 24 hours, five patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 7,730 tested people, 76 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Friday.

To date, COVID-19 has claimed 7,024 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.98 percent.

Currently, 326 people are in hospitals, 13 of whom 1on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,377,474‬ people have officially been tested, and 716,172 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
