Over the last 24 hours, 13 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 9,759 tested, 1,684 people were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Saturday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 4,112 lives with a mortality rate of 1,01 percent.

On Saturday, 3,904 patients were hospitalised, 129 of whom on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 2,685,755people have been tested, and 406.352 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
