In the last 24 hours 2,730 coronavirus cases, out of 7,707 tests, and 49 related deaths have been registered in Croatia, the national COVID-19 crisis management team said on Sunday.

There are 37,089 active cases, including 2,115 hospitalised patients, of whom 158 are hooked up to ventilators, while 19,497 persons are self-isolating.

To date 56.72% of the total population, or 67.48% of adults have been vaccinated, with 65.21% of adults fully.

Since 25 February 2020, when the first case of COVID-19 was reported in Croatia, 1,017,915 people have contracted the disease, of whom 14,473 have died.
