The vaccination of journalists from Bosnia and Herzegovina against the coronavirus began on Tuesday at the Belgrade Fair, the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) announced.
Some 100 doses were secured free of charge, and the vaccination was organized by UNS and the Association of Journalists of Republika Srpska, Bosnia’s Serb-dominated entity.
“Several dozen journalists were vaccinated Tuesday, and I certainly hope that we will continue this in time to come. I invite colleagues from the Republika Srpska and the (Bosniak-Croat shared) Federation entity to apply when we publish a new call for vaccination because we the journalists are endangered, constantly being on the ground and in contact with people,” said the UNS President Vladimir Radomirovic.
