On the first day of the online Census of population, households and dwellings in Croatia, by 3 pm Monday, 18,727 households completed census questionnaires successfully, the State Bureau of Statistics (DZS) has reported.
The DZS explained that the questionnaire is filled by one member of a household who enters information for themselves and all other members of the household. Online self-enumeration is safe and represents advanced digital communication with citizens who can complete census questionnaires at their convenience.
The DZS recalled that during the first phase of the census, to last until 26 September, citizens can register online through the e-Citizens website.
