An earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale was felt in Dubrovnik on Friday morning, the Croatian Seismology Service said.

The epicentre of the earthquake was in southern Bosnia and Herzegovina, 10 kilometres from Dubrovnik.

The tremor was registered at 5.45 am.
