Serbia reports 36 coronavirus deaths, 3,304 newly infected

Over the last 24 hours, 36 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 11,711 tested people, 3,304 were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Sunday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 5,458 lives in Serbia.

Currently, there are 7,794 hospitalised patients, of whom 292 are on ventilator support.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 3,483,666 people have been tested, and 617,669 samples have returned positive for the new virus.
