Over the last 24 hours, two patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 9,583 tested, 584 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.

To date, COVID-19 has claimed 7,135 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.98 percent.

Currently, 648 people are in hospitals, of whom 14 are on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,738,996 people have officially been tested, and 725,245 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
