Over the last 24 hours, three patients died from COVID-19-related complications, and out of 6,960 tested, 77 were infected with the coronavirus in Serbia, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.

To date, COVID-19 has claimed 7,070 lives in the country. The mortality rate stands at 0.99 percent.

Currently, 281 people are in hospitals, six of them on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 4,492,111 people have officially been tested, and 717,480 have been confirmed positive for the coronavirus.
