The Viktor Lenac shipyard posted a net profit of 34 million kuna (€4.5 million) in 2020, or 66 percent up from 2019, according to a financial statement released on Wednesday on the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

The dock, based in Kostrena near Rijeka, had total revenues of 306 million kuna (€40 million) in 2020, down by 4.2 percent from 2019. However, expenditures fell even more, by 11 percent, to 265 million kuna (€35 million). Company’s earnings before taxes (EBITDA) came to 73.6 million kuna (€10 million).

In 2020, the company had 364 employees.
