Bosnia and Herzegovina reported 110 new cases of the coronavirus infection out of 1,826 lab tests performed, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Monday.
The Federation entity (FBiH) saw a significant drop in the daily coronavirus cases while maintaining the number of tests performed per day at around 2,000. On Monday, the region logged 52 new patients out of 1,289 tests performed.
The region has to date confirmed 2,380 fatalities, nine in the past 24 hours.
As for Republika Srpska (RS), the healthcare authorities in this part of the country reported 55 new cases out of 533 performed tests. The region also confirmed five deaths since the last update, 1,858 since the epidemic outbreak.
Brcko District, a separate administrative unit in the north of the country, confirmed three new Covid-19 patients.
According to official data, the country’s coronavirus total now stands at 118,083.
The total of 86,505 patients has recovered to this date, 622 in the last 24 hours.
The country’s death toll stands at 4,385.
