Croatian film "Everything Ahead" by director Mate Ugrin on Thursday won the Heart of Sarajevo award for the best short film at the Sarajevo Film Festival.
“Everything Ahead” is a film about a young caretaker named Branka, who moves to an island to look after an elderly woman. After the harsh winter is over and her job is finished, Branka decides to stay on the island for the summer season.
The heart of Sarajevo Award for the best feature film wen to the Austrian-German movie “Great Freedom” which centres on Hans, a man in post-World War II Germany who is imprisoned for being gay, and develops a relationship with his cellmate Viktor.
