Serbia’s coronavirus update: 1,483 new infections, 19 fatalities

According to data published by Serbia’s Health Ministry, another 19 people died due to the coronavirus in Serbia in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of fatalities related to COVID-19 to 3,868.

Another 9,434 people were tested for the virus since Friday and 1,483 new infections were confirmed.

A total of 4,718 people are currently hospitalised due to COVID-19 in Serbia, 165 patients of them on ventilators
The death rate is 1,01 percent.

The country tested 2,536,948 people for the novel virus since the beginning of the pandemic.
