A total of 37 people passed away due to COVID-19 and 1,966 new coronavirus infections were registered among the 7,573 samples tested in Serbia in the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry reported on Sunday.

The COVID-19 death toll in the country has now reached 3,325.

A total of 7,631 people are hospitalised in Serbia, with 265 on ventilators.

The country has registered 343,879 coronavirus cases among the 2,320,434 people tested since the beginning of the pandemic.
