Serbian president confirms purchase of Chinese drones
Serbia’s President, Aleksandar Vucic, confirmed on Saturday that the country purchased six unmanned combat aerial vehicles but added that he could not reveal how much they cost due to a clause on secrecy in the contract.
"They have a long range, they can shoot at targets from a distance of nine kilometers and record the terrain, objects of interest to Serbia deep within enemy territory," Vucic said at the demonstration of the new CH-92A drones at the Batajnica airport.
He said that a "technology transfer" for the "Pegasus" system had been agreed with China as well.
