HT ordered to pay highest fine ever imposed on telecoms operator in Croatia

The telecommunications company Hrvatski Telekom (HT) has been ordered by the High Misdemeanour Court to pay a fine of HRK 28.1 million (€3.8 million), the highest fine ever imposed on a telecom operator in Croatia, for failure to present the HAKOM regulatory agency with retail prices at which it sold its services between 2015 and 2016.
