Due to heavy rainfall, the Zagreb fire brigade had to intervene 35 times on Monday night, 29 of which were in flooded cellars and other buildings, and they had to rescue two vehicles from the water.

One firefighter was injured during the operations.

The fire brigade was also called to a house fire, a gas leak and the removal of a fallen tree.
