Montenegro’s Public Health Institute said on Monday that over the last 24 hours, five patients died and out of 966 tested, 803 newly infected were registered in the country.

The death toll stood at 342, while on Monday, there were 7,177 active cases.

The Institute’s Director Boban Mugosa warned people to respect the anti-epidemic measures, adding the health system was functioning but might be out of resources if the number of patients continued to grow rapidly.
