Bosnia records 106 new coronavirus cases, 31 COVID deaths

Bosnia and Herzegovina has recorded 106 new coronavirus cases over the last 24 hours and 31 COVID-19 deaths, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Sunday.

The new results came from 3,257 lab tests performed on the samples of those who reported infection symptoms.

In Bosnia's Federation (FBiH) entity, 66 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours, while 13 patients died due to COVID-related complications.

As for Republika Srpska (RS), its healthcare authorities have confirmed 39 new cases and 17 deaths among COVID-19 patients.

Brcko District has reported one new case and one death.

The country's coronavirus total now stands at 202,419 and the death toll has surpassed 9,000. Currently, there are some 24,000 active cases throughout the country.
