A total of 60 COVID-19 patients passed away and out of 28,372 people tested, 12,736 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in Serbia in the past 24 hours, the Health Ministry said on Saturday.
To date, COVID-19 has officially claimed 13,928 lives in the country. The mortality rate is 0.79 percent.
Currently, 4,209 COVID-19 patients are hospitalised, 153 of them on ventilators.
Since the coronavirus outbreak in Serbia in March 2020, 8,302,346 people have been tested and 1,757,741 infections have been confirmed in the country.
