An earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale was registered near the central town of Petrinja at 8:22 am on Saturday, the Croatian Seismology Service said.

The intensity at the epicentre, wich was four kilometres south of Petrinja, was IV degrees on the EMS scale.
