In the last 24 hours, there has been one new case of the infection with coronavirus in Croatia, bringing the total number to 2,245, and one more person diagnosed with this disease has died, the national Covid-19 crisis response team stated on Thursday.
The latest fatality was a 70-year-old patient placed on a ventilator and who suffered from underlying medical conditions. Croatia's Covid-19 death toll stands at 102.
Since the outbreak of the disease in the country in late February, a total of 65,094 patients have been tested, including 828 patients in the last 24 hours.
There are now 33 patients treated in hospitals due to Covid-19 and five of them are on ventilators.
To date, 2,051 patients diagnosed with this infection have recovered.
