In the past 24 hours Croatia registered 48 new coronavirus cases and nine related deaths, the national COVID-19 crisis management team reported on Monday.

There are 4,180 active cases, including 430 hospitalised patients, 17 of whom are on ventilators, while 2,966 people are self-isolating.

To date, Croatia has registered 1,224,885 coronavirus cases, the death toll is 16,849 and 68.86% of the adult population has been vaccinated.
