A patient in Croatia may be infected with the Omicron variant of COVID-19, the Croatian Public Health Institute (HZJZ) said on Friday.
A test is being carried out in an official laboratory and we will inform the public once we receive the results, the HZJZ said.
Health Minister Vili Beros told Hina that there was a suspected case of the new Omicron variant in Zagreb and that a test was underway at an official laboratory.
