An earthquake with a magnitude of 5,4 on the Richter scale has hit Bosnia little after 10 am on Tuesday, only hours after Albania’s port city of Durres, some 340 kilometres away, was hit with another devastating earthquake which killed at least six and injured more than 300 people.
According to the European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC), the epicentre of the earthquake, which hit at 10:19 am, is in the area near the southern town of Nevesinje.
The earlier series of earthquakes which hit Albania in the night between Monday and Tuesday could be felt in Bosnia as well.
