One woman, age 76, died from Covid-19 in North Macedonia, bringing the country's total number of fatalities to 45, Venlo Filipce, the Health Minister, said on Wednesday, Serbia's Beta news agency reported.
Filipce said on his Facebook profile that in the last 24 hours, 500 people had been tested for the novel coronavirus, and 66 of them were positive.
A total number of infected in the country was 974, and 831 were hospitalised, while 12 patients recovered at home, increasing the number of recoveries to 98.
