The official data showed on Wednesday that among 10,571 people tested 158 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in the last 24 hours, while three patients died from Covid-19.

The Health Ministry said the death toll stood at 684 and that a mortality ratio was 2.28 percent.

It added that 1,456 patients were hospitalised, 57 of them on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in Serbia on March 6, a total of 831.677 people were tested, and coronavirus infection was confirmed in 30.048 cases.
