Croatia's State Election Commission said on Sunday it had traced a text message shared on social media which pointed to possible vote-buying in today's presidential runoff.
The text was sent from a private number and everything indicates that it was a joke, i.e. a fake text, Commission vice president Ana Lovrin said.
She could not say where the text was sent from but added that the HAKOM regulator found out it had been sent from a private number that was blocked.
