Bosnia reports three new Covid-19 deaths, 45 coronavirus infections since Monday

Another 45 coronavirus infections were recorded in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the last 24 hours, 33 in the Federation (FBiH) and 12 in Republika Srpska (RS), the healthcare authorities of both semi-autonomous regions confirmed on Tuesday.
