Slovenia has conducted 1,012 tests in the past 24 hours for the coronavirus and confirmed 19 cases of the infection which is the same number that was identified yesterday and the day before that.

To date 119,029 tests have been conducted confirming 1,916 cases of the novel coronavirus and currently there are 283 active cases in Slovenia while 1,522 patients have recovered.

There are 19 people currently being treated in hospital, one more than on Thursday and one patient is in an intensive care unit. The death toll still stands at 111, according to information from the country’s health ministry.

Most of the new cases confirmed after being tested are in Hrastnik where there are currently 25 active cases, half of these are residents and staff of a nursing facility in that town.
