Bosnia's Prosecutor's Office issued an indictment against a man suspected of smuggling illegal migrants, enabling them to move freely on the country's territory.
Nikolic Milenko, Bosnia's national, is charged with taking money from several Iranians in return for taking them from the southern city Mostar to the border with Croatia, knowing that the migrants were staying illegally in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The suspect was discovered by the border police officers at the Crveni Grm border crossing.
The indictment has been forwarded to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for confirmation.
