North Macedonia’s Health Ministry said on Wednesday that 14 patients died and out of 2,647 people tested in the last 24 hours, 870 were confirmed infected with the novel virus.
The death toll stood at 963, while out of 240,658 people tested, 28,697 have been infected since the start of the epidemic.
At the same time, 19,771 patients have recovered.
On Wednesday, there were 7,963 active cases.
