Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic has decided that Deputy Prime Minister Tomo Medved will stand in for him if he is prevented from performing his duties, but for the time being there is no need for that, government spokesman Marko Milic said on Tuesday.
The government is functioning normally, the Prime Minister feels well and he is performing all his duties from home, said Milic.
Plenkovic on Monday tested positive for coronavirus after going into self-isolation when his wife tested positive for COVID-19.
The PM will have to self-isolate for ten days.
