Bosnian health authorities reported 262 new Covid-19 cases on Thursday, 128 from the Federation (FBiH) entity, 118 from Republika Srpska (RS) entity and 16 from Brcko District. The authorities added there were five virus-related fatalities in the country.
The FBiH health authorities said they tested 919 samples of which 128 came back positive. The entity recorded three virus-related fatalities.
The RS health officials said they tested 488 samples of which 118 tested positive for SARS-COV-2. This entity recorded two virus-related fatalities.
Brcko District also said they recorded 12 new cases of Covid-19.
The city with the most reported cases was once again Sarajevo where 74 positive results were reported.
According to official statistics, 203 patients have recovered in the country over the last 24 hours.
So far, Bosnia and Herzegovina recorded 13,306 coronavirus cases, of which 7,031 recovered and 384 have died.
