Coronavirus: 38 deaths and 3,154 newly infected in Serbia

Over the last 24 hours, 38 patients died from COVID-19-related complications and out of 15,213 tested people, 3,154 were infected with the coronavirus, Serbia's Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

To date, COVID-19 claimed a total of 5,846 lives with a mortality rate of 0.90 percent.

On Wednesday, a total of 7,511 patients were in hospitals, 247 of whom on ventilators.

Since the epidemic outbreak in March 2020, 3,632,392‬ people have been tested, 651,899‬, and samples have returned positive for the new virus.
