Coronavirus: Slovenia reports 273 new cases and four deaths

In the last 24 hours, there have been 273 new cases of the infection with coronavirus and four more COVID patients have died in Slovenia, the Slovenian government reported on Thursday.

Slovenia's 14-day incidence rate is 187 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.

Milan Krek, the head of the Slovenian Institute of Public Health, said today that the country was in a stable stage, with new numbers falling.

To date, 681,945 residents in Slovenia have received at least one shot of the COVID vaccine, accounting for a third of the total population.

As many as 432,282 residents have fully been vaccinated.
